We typically ship orders within 48-72 hours of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is received and another order containing the tracking number when the order is shipped. All orders are being picked on a When Ordered basis. Expedited shipping methods DO NOT speed up the picking process. However, your order will still be shipped via that method.

To be clear, choosing FedEx Saver – Three Day does not mean your package will be there in three days from when your order is placed. It means it will be there in three days, once it’s shipped.

Pick-Up In Stores:

We are happy to provide a “pick-up in store” option for our local customers. We cannot, however, hold your orders for an indefinite period of time. Once your order is received and picked it is placed into the retail store with your name and order number attached.

When your order is ready for pick-up, we will send you an email notification. After 5 days we will email again and attempt to call the telephone number provided. If we cannot make contact with you within 15 days, your merchandise will be returned to the warehouse which may cause delays during pickup.

You will need to present a driver’s license and the original credit card used to place your order at time of pickup. The names on your driver’s license and credit card must match the name on the order.
